Peugeot PARTNER
Amid the work of this size courier workhorse has very few disadvantages. It is a sturdy little fellow and one of the best things about it is the easy access to storage. It has two asymmetrical rear doors and a sliding Nearside door you can save time and awkward load stacking. It comes with a 1.6L diesel that really has its own, even on the highway, and optional air conditioning is too strong a welcome feature. (If you test-drive in the summer, give it a burst and you'll be sold! In terms of economics, the partner gets about 45mpg, which is free is great news for the owner driver in these times of increased thirst may seem more then you are on a Friday afternoon!

MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER
Only the name Mercedes calls respect, and driving around in one of those miracles your reputation! Each owner driver lucky enough to consider a pretty good sprinter can be assured it is one of the top of the line vehicles for courier work. It's one of the larger vans on the road and four cylinder, five or six speed transmission and will keep you out along the highway in record time. It has a large capacity (up to 1400kg) and the hinged rear doors open out to 180 degrees and left with a sliding door for easy access. It is easy to load and head looks good! There is very much in the weirs in the cabin doors, center console and above the windscreen and the steering will turn on a sixpence. This is one of the fastest cars on the road, and 22-30 MPG fuel economy is not bad for a so nippy. To say that a beautiful woman she would be an understatement - Arctic White exterior with a streamlined, small muzzle PERT and the iconic Mercedes badge on the bonnet seems, this is a girl with a lot of class. With the huge amount available, and Mercedes' renowned reliability that is ideal for the owner driver - but be warned that much style and class is not cheap!

CITROEN RELAY
The relay is a real gem in terms of driving satisfaction, so for courier work, it is a good choice. It is the largest of the deals available and Citroens the top shelf on the road and highway driving. The cabin is so quiet you really feel like being in a car, and safety features as standard driver's airbag and ABS are standard, so you can rest easy knowing that the only additional option that you need to pay for your courier insurance! There are several models available (about 30 in different wheelbase and payload) and all the impressive standard features on board. The relay is one of our favorites for the safety also - it is equipped with an immobilizer and deadlocks, so you no ones in without your say! In the cabin, it's the little extras that your days when it comes to your courier work. There is a useful document clipboard, and the passenger seat folds to make a great office away from the office without being in a mess. And talk about looking good! This is a stylish ride, and if you choose to the white male standard Buck and choose the model fire engine red - is a statement for your business that can not be missed it!

Ford Courier
This is an oldie but a goodie! We thought that we throw in, even though they are no longer in production. Last year, the 2003 model, but if you're new to the game and plans to take on some courier work, you can even choose yourself a very reasonably priced used one, and this would be a perfect option for you. Although this is a very fundamentally, you do not feel like you miss too many. The later models have power steering, but the older generations still handle exceptionally good handling, and even with a full load if you do not feel under any pressure. It has great leg room in the cabin and a surprisingly large capacity for such a small watch. There is also a rear window that assists in parking and this really is a perfect transition from driving a car to a van when you first owner driver.
